Due to our increasing success and growth, we’re growing our team of enthusiastic experts. We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the Commercial Team by managing customer relationships, coordinating sales-related activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the technical sales team.
This role is crucial in facilitating the sales process, from responding to initial inquiries to supporting the preparation of quotes and organizing customer events. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:
Initial Sales Responses and Follow-Ups:
>> Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or Teams in a timely and professional mannEnsure follow-ups on all potential sales leads, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
Validation of Customer Purchase Orders:
>> Verify that customer purchase orders (POs) are accurate and align with previously generated quotes.
>> Liaise with internal teams to address any discrepancies before finalizing orders.
Customer Database Management:
>> Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
>> Track and manage customer interactions to enhance relationship building and future sales opportunities.
Build Entry-Level Quotes:
>> Create initial quotations for products or services based on customer requirements and available templates.
>> Gather necessary information to enable the Technical Sales Team to develop more complex, tailored quotes.
Supporting Report Generation:
>> Assist with preparing and compiling sales reports, performance data, and metrics for the Commercial Director and Sales Team.
>> Help create detailed analysis for better strategic decision-making.
Sales and Marketing Event Support:
>> Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, demos, and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are completed.
>> Liaise with customers and partners to manage event participation and product mock-ups.
Liaison Between Sales and Technical Teams:
>> Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales Team to gather information on customer needs and requirements.
>> Ensure smooth communication between the sales and technical departments, assisting in the resolution of any customer issues.
Building Relationships:
>> Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring consistent, proactive communication.
>> Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and confidence.
>> Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
>> Detail-Oriented: Ensures quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
>> Proactive: Takes initiative to follow up and drive tasks to completion.

>> Experience with customer-facing roles, including proactive and professional communication via phone, Teams, and email.
>> Strong attention to detail, particularly in validating orders, managing databases, and assisting with quotes.
>> Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
>> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial but not required).
>> Valid passport for occasional international travel for events or meetings.
>> Self-motivated and disciplined in following up with customers and internal.
>> Driving licence.
>> Knowledge of PC hardware is a plus.
>> Experience working in a sales coordination role within a technology, media, or engineering-related industry is beneficial.
>> Experience assisting in event planning, logistics, or tradeshow coordination.
>> Second language (French/German/Dutch).
