About the Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Systems & Support Engineer who’s eager to make an impact from day one. >> Deliver World-Class Support: Provide remote and onsite assistance for unique, high-profile projects, ensuring our products run smoothly, and that customer expectations are exceeded.

>> Build and Repair 7thSense Hardware: Assume full end‑to‑end responsibility for preparing demos and assisting Production in building, configuring and repairing products in your location; the show must go on!

>> Work in the Field: Attend site visits for installations and support, and assist with demonstrations, both domestically and internationally.

>> Contribute to Team Success: Participate in general office and team duties, including shipping/receiving, trade show setup and attendance, and other shared responsibilities.

7thSense provides significant potential for career advancement, and developing these skills facilitates that growth:

>> Solving Complex Problems: Tackle a wide range of customer challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

>> Testing Systems and Products: Participate in testing new products and software updates before anyone gets to see them to identify bugs and improvement areas, collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.

>> Supporting Project Engineering: Support senior engineers with global projects, from initiation through deployment, while learning and developing skills for future progression toward project leadership.

>> Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with the Development, Product, and Production teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, contributing to product and process enhancements.

>> Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and pursue training opportunities to grow your expertise.
