For LED walls, a common issue is that the wall exceeds the maximum resolution of a single LED processor or media server output. Often, adding more LED processors to handle the remaining sections of the wall is inefficient, with large portions of the available resolution left blank.
Composition Mode in 7thSense media servers provides a way to slice up the canvas and rearrange it to make better use of available outputs, reducing the number of media server outputs and LED processors required to fill the LED wall with stunning imagery.
Composition Mode takes care of the pixel packing for you, so the media can be rendered and played on the media server’s canvas at the original resolution. You can program your show with layers of media and live captured video windows according to how the output should look without needing to think about where the slices between each LED processor belong.
