W-Series is 7thSense’s new flagship media server platform, created for projects that demand serious output density, leading-edge GPU performance and uncompromised visual quality. Built on PCIe 5.0 architecture, W-Series is designed for generative applications, uncompressed playback, projection mapping, LED workflows and large-format visual environments where scale and flexibility matter.

High-output uncompressed playback

As an uncompressed media server, W-Series is designed to deliver exceptional output from a single platform. It supports up to 16 channels of 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 at 30FPS or up to 12 channels of 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 at 60FPS, making it a strong fit for mega-canvasses, high-resolution LED and demanding multi-display compositions.

Generative workflow ready

W-Series is built for mixed generative and playback workflows. Its architecture supports simultaneous operation of a generative engine and the media server engine, allowing teams to combine generative content, live video capture, movie playback, warp, blend and effects in a single visual pipeline. W-Series supports Delta Media Server and 7thSense Actor, and can also be supplied as hardware-only for Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch or TouchDesigner workflows.
